Quick answers to what most visitors ask
Yes, BYOB is welcome at Golden Oak! When serving alcohol, armed security is required: $600 for under 150 guests, $750 for 150+. Bartender service available at $200 flat or $45/hr (4-hour minimum).
Absolutely! Choose Bronze Oak ($1,750 half day) for full DIY flexibility. Silver Oak and above include our professional decorator, but you can always bring additional vendors.
Half-day events run 5-6 hours. Full-day access is 8AM to midnight. Music curfew is 11:59 PM sharp - Odessa city ordinance. Plan your last song accordingly!
50% deposit holds your date. Pay in full at booking and take 10% off the total. Balance is due 30 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards.
Seated dinner with dance floor: 240 guests. Theater style: 240. Cocktail reception: up to 300 standing. We have 52 tables and 229 chairs included with every package.
